Here’s a brief explanation of how BonzXfers works.
Colours are digitally reproduced meaning one set up regardless of how many colours are in the design.
For example, a chest print and a back print are 2 Set Ups, so one Set Up, per Logo.
This is a new process that magically combines digital colours with a conventional screen printing- it’s a top secret process that offers unlimited colours.
Apply to a wide variety of materials
While Direct To Garment (DTG) printing works best on 100% cotton, BONZAXFERS works on many different garment materials: cotton, nylon, polyester, 50/50 blends, and both light and dark fabrics.
No need for pretreatment
BONZAXFERS bonds the print directly to the material, meaning no pretreatment is necessary!
Way more durable than DTG prints
There’s no denying that DTG prints have soft, barely-there hand feel because the ink is applied directly to the garment & DTG has a nice soft hand feel but BONZAXFERS are more durable and are also barely noticeable.
BONZAXFERS wash well, and are flexible – meaning they won’t crack or peel, making them great for heavy-use items.
Multiple Colours all in 1 x Set Up – NO SET UP ON REPEATS
Since you can eliminate the step of preparing a Screen for each colour, the Set Up is small in comparison.
UNLIKE OTHER DTF Suppliers, if you are repeating a BONZAXFER Job within 12 months- then No Repeat Set Up.
